Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organization, follow-through, and time management.
Basic computer, email, text, and data-entry proficiency; willingness to learn dealership systems.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving-record requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to work a full-time, on-site weekday schedule within service hours.

Responsibilities

Greet service customers promptly and create a professional check-in experience.
Listen to customer concerns, review service history, and document repair-order notes.
Prepare clear estimates and explain maintenance and repair recommendations.
Obtain customer authorization before work is performed and document approvals.
Monitor repair orders, coordinate with technicians, parts, warranty, and management.
Set realistic expectations for diagnosis, parts availability, and final cost.
Review technician inspection results and present needed work clearly.
Verify completed work matches the repair order and explain the final invoice.
Maintain notes and status updates in dealership systems.
