Job summary

Freedom Ford, part of Generation Auto Group, seeks a Service Advisor to bridge customers and the service team. You will greet customers, collect vehicle information, document issues, perform inspections, test drive when needed, and relay clear maintenance recommendations with transparent quotes.

You’ll coordinate with dispatch, technicians and parts to keep customers updated and secure approvals. A customer-focused mindset and CDK experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer interaction and communication skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems.
• Experience with CDK and service management software.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Write up problems on repair orders and conduct preliminary inspections.
• Test drive when necessary and reference service history.
• Provide clear service recommendations and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with dispatch, technicians and parts department.
• Obtain approvals and customer signatures; keep customers informed.
