Job summary

Stevens Point Ford in Stevens Point, WI seeks a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane and be the first point of contact for customers. You will be versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and delivering excellent customer service. New to automotive?

hospitality or retail experience is welcome. Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining repair processes, and ensuring a smooth flow of work through the service department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Own the customer's experience and leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
