Responsibilities

Greet customers and document vehicle concerns and maintenance requests.
Create accurate repair orders for oil changes, tire services, inspections, and other maintenance.
Review technician findings and clearly explain recommended services.
Prepare estimates and obtain customer approval before additional work begins.
Coordinate with technicians and communicate realistic completion times.
Keep customers updated on vehicle status, pricing, and any changes.
Review completed services and charges with customers at pickup.
Maintain organized customer records and follow through on open items.
Help customers understand upcoming maintenance needs.
Work with the service team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
