Oracle Corporation's Oracle Health division is seeking a Support Engineer I – Configuration to provide post-implementation and ongoing sustainment support for assigned Oracle Health products. You will work with customers to understand and implement configuration change requests, including testing and validation.

This onsite/hybrid role covers multiple locations (Kansas City, MO; Nashville, TN; Orlando, FL) and requires US citizenship with the ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience applying configuration changes to enterprise health products.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Serve as primary customer contact via phone or electronic channels.
• Gather requirements, document, configure, test, and validate change requests.
• Provide support for design changes and communicate progress and resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine configuration issues and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with peers to report and support resolution of product concerns.
