Oracle Health is seeking a Support Engineer I to provide post‑implementation and sustainment support for Oracle Health products. You will gather requirements, configure changes, test, validate, and support customers throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and ongoing learning; onsite three days weekly at hub locations, with security clearances as required by clients.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, IT services, or healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with troubleshooting, help desk environments, or ticketing systems.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in one of the designated hub locations.
• Ability to obtain required government security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary customer contact through phone or electronic channels.
• Document, configure, test, and validate customer change requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine configuration and technical issues; report progress.
• Coordinate with peers to support resolution of product design or defect concerns.
• Maintain service documentation and contribute to knowledge bases.
• Use automation and AI tools to investigate issues and improve efficiency.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations for critical support.
