Oracle Health is seeking a Support Engineer I to provide post-implementation configuration and sustainment support for Oracle Health products. This role partners with customers to understand and implement configuration changes, including testing, validation, and ongoing support.

Locations include Kansas City, MO; Nashville, TN; Orlando, FL; onsite three days per week. US citizenship is required and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer or technical support.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience troubleshooting, help desk environments, or ticketing systems.
• Willingness to work onsite 3 days per week at hub locations.
• Ability to obtain required government security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary customer contact through phone or electronic channels.
• Gather requirements, configure, test, and validate approved customer change requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine configuration and technical issues; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate with peers to report and support resolution of product design or defect concerns.
• Document service requests, change requests, and knowledge base articles.
