Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer or technical support
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with troubleshooting and ticketing systems
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week
• Ability to obtain government security clearance

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact via phone or electronic channels
• Gather requirements, configure, test, and validate change requests
• Troubleshoot configuration and technical issues; escalate when needed
• Coordinate with peers to report design, reliability, or defect concerns
• Maintain service request and product documentation
• Collaborate with teams to address customer situations
• Participate in after-hours/on-call rotations for critical issues
