Responsibilities

• Balance and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Log and resolve customer complaints in the system
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners as appropriate
• Perform branch-related operational activities (e.g., cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires)
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately
• Complete AML/BSA/KYC related activities
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls and support brand values
• Support a welcoming, belonging-oriented environment and company culture
• Complete other related duties as assigned
