• Provide exceptional customer service and solve routine inquiries.
• Educate customers with digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Greet customers, manage lobby interactions, and address immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions per policy.
• Own escalated account issues until resolution and log complaints.
• Referral of sales opportunities to appropriate banking partners.
• Perform branch operations: cash orders, vault, ATM, and wires.
• Maintain customer accounts and complete AML/BSA/KYC activities.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls and support a positive brand image.
