Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience by understanding needs and delivering solutions.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers, and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following bank policy.
• Resolve escalated account issues and log all customer complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner and support branch operations.
• Complete branch activities (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers) and process maintenance tasks.
• Perform AML/KYC related activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
