Job summary

You will educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations, manage the lobby, and identify self-service opportunities while ensuring compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service experience preferred.
• Data entry and/or cash handling experience required.
• Proven verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Well-organized with strong time management skills.
• Proficient with internet-enabled technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional branch customer service and address routine questions and issues.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Manage lobby interactions and greet customers while addressing immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently per Bank Policy.
• Log and resolve customer complaints, escalate where needed, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist in branch operational activities (cash orders, vault, ATM, wire transfers) and maintain account services.
• Adhere to AML/BSA/KYC controls and comply with regulatory standards.
• Foster an inclusive environment aligned with the M&T Bank brand.
