Responsibilities

• Engage in lobby management; greet customers and address immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions following Bank Policy.
• Log and resolve customer complaints; escalate as needed.
• Transition sales opportunities to appropriate banking partners.
• Complete branch-related operational activities (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Conduct AML/KYC-related activities and ensure compliance with policy.
• Promote the M&T Bank brand and maintain internal controls; address audit points as required.
