Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated account issues and log customer complaints in the system.
• Introduce customers to appropriate banking partners for opportunities.
• Perform branch-related operational tasks (cash orders, vault, ATM, wires).
• Process customer and account maintenance accurately and timely.
• Complete AML/KYC-related activities and adhere to compliance controls.
