Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to branch customers and resolve routine problems promptly.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Take ownership of escalated account services issues until resolution; log all customer complaints.
• Transition identified sales opportunities and introduce customers to appropriate banking partners.
• Complete branch operational activities (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/KYC related activities and maintain risk controls.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls; support the M&T Bank brand and internal controls.
