You will educate customers with digital demonstrations, identify self-service opportunities, balance and process transactions, and support AML/KYC and compliance controls while promoting the M&T brand. Strong communication and organization are essential in a fast-paced branch setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service experience, including data entry or cash handling.
• Proven verbal communication skills.
• Proven interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Well-organized with strong time management.
• Proven prioritization skills.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience by understanding customer needs and delivering timely solutions.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Actively engage in lobby management, greet customers and address immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions following Bank Policy.
• Take ownership of escalated account services issues and log complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Perform branch-related operational activities (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Comply with AML/BSA/KYC related activities and maintain regulatory standards.
• Promote a welcoming environment and uphold the M&T Bank brand.
