• Engage in lobby management, meeting and greeting customers and addressing immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions following Bank Policy.
• Address escalated account service issues and log customer complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities to appropriate banking partners.
• Complete branch-related operational activities (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfer).
• Process customer/account maintenance and AML/KYC activities.
• Maintain internal control standards and promote the M&T Bank brand.
