Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ months customer service including data entry/cash handling.
• Proven verbal communication skills.
• Proven interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service.

• Proven prioritization and internet proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver differentiating experiences.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demos; identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management; greet customers and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately per policy.
• Own escalated account issues and log complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Carry out branch operational tasks (cash orders, vault, ATM, wires).
• Process customer/account maintenance and AML/KYC activities.
• Adhere to compliance controls and regulatory standards.
