• Own and resolve escalated account service issues; log all customer complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners as appropriate.
• Perform branch operations like cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wires.
• Process customer/account maintenance and AML/KYC activities.
• Comply with risk controls; promote M&T Bank brand and participate in audits.
