Qualifications

• Well-organized with strong time management and prioritization.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers, addressing needs promptly.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Own escalated account service issues until resolution and log complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Perform branch operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wires.
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/BSA/KYC related activities and comply with regulatory standards.
• Promote a customer-centric environment and uphold the M&T Bank brand.
