Job summary

You will educate customers on solutions, handle inquiries, process transactions accurately, and adhere to AML/KYC processes, with opportunities to refer customers to the right banking partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with varying customers (consumer to small business).
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions.
• Engage customers and promote digital capabilities in interactions.
• Follow the Bank’s sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Identify opportunities to solve banking needs and refer to appropriate partners.
• Assist with AML, BSA, KYC processes and related activities.
• Log and resolve customer complaints and process transactions accurately.
