Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.
• Stay up to date on Apple products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
• Support peers throughout the store by sharing knowledge about Apple products, services, and purchase options, and assist in offering ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance.
• Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning from others.
