You’re curious, ask questions to learn about our customers’ needs, customizing recommendations to enrich their lives. You’re curious and stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Apple products and services.
• Ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple customers.
• Ability to work in a team and share responsibility.
• Willingness to learn and deepen understanding of Apple products and third-party products.
• Trustworthy with confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs and presenting products and services.
