Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader at our Madison, AL TJ Maxx store. You will supervise Associates at the front of the store, promote loyalty programs, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining an organized, efficient operation.

You will train and coach Associates, coordinate POS coverage and breaks, and uphold safety and labor guidelines to support store goals and shrink reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee front-of-store Associates.
• Lead by example, ensuring prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
