Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills are required.
• Ability to train and mentor associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store teams.
• Train and coach associates on customer service and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store plan and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
