You will boost loyalty program participation, maintain store standards, and train peers while partnering with management on priorities. Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, strong merchandising know-how, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising techniques understood and applied.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Lead by example through engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Coordinate breaks, assign registers, and ensure POS coverage as needed.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
