Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-of-store leader to drive excellent customer experiences in our Tucson location. You will supervise Associates, promote loyalty programs, and model outstanding service while maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills. Flexible scheduling and a focus on teamwork are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
Capable of multi-tasking.
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Able to respond to changes and work with peers and supervisors.
Able to train others.
1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Oversees a team of associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous service.
Promotes loyalty programs and maintains a positive customer experience.
Trains and mentors associates on front end principles and personalizing customer experiences.
Manages register assignments, POS coverage, and breaks.
Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
