The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end team lead to promote an excellent customer experience and coach Associates across the store. You will supervise cash handling, POS coverage, and loyalty promotions while maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, strong communication, and multitasking abilities. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required.

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee a team of Associates at front of store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and store policies.
• Support loyalty programs and credit promotions.
