Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end Leader for TJ Maxx in Dallas, TX. You will oversee Associates at the front of the store to ensure prompt, courteous service and active loyalty program promotion.

You will model outstanding customer service, train team members, manage POS coverage, and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a clean, organized store and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees front-of-store Associates.
• Promotes loyalty programs and handles customer inquiries with courtesy and speed.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks; ensures proper POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensures adherence to store plans and safety policies.
• Mentors Associates to improve front-end performance and customer service.
