Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a front-line supervisor to lead and coach store associates, delivering fast, friendly service and upholding Kohl's standards. You will train teams on POS accuracy, customer engagement and merchandising, while assisting with cash handling and store operations.

Ideal candidates will have prior supervisory experience, strong communication skills and the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience supervising teams or associates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a strong customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support storewide goals.
• Coach and train associates on POS and customer service standards.
• Support training on merchandising, product knowledge and Kohl's brand guidelines.
• Oversee daily cash processes, balancing registers and handling cash tasks.
• Maintain store safety and adherence to policies; act as key holder when required.
