Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. operates TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods and more, and is seeking a front-end leader for its Plainville, MA store.

You will supervise Associates at the front of the store, promote a positive customer experience, and model outstanding service while ensuring adherence to labor laws and store policies. Responsibilities include training Associates, managing POS coverage, and promoting loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train others and mentor Associates on front-end principles.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee front-of-store Associates.
• Train and coach Associates on personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks for all Associates.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure tasks are performed in line with store plans and priorities.
• Communicate progress and updates with management and team.
