Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others and guide front-end associates.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience at the front of store.
• Promote loyalty programs and conduct associates training on front-end principles.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and store policies.
• Support management on training needs and safety initiatives.
