Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a front-end leader to promote exceptional customer service and manage Associates at the store front. You will model strong service while driving loyalty program participation and a positive store culture.

You will train staff, assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure adherence to labor laws and store policies while maintaining a welcoming, safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Availability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong merchandising techniques understanding.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee front-of-store associates.
• Lead by example, maintain a clean, organized store, and support loyalty programs.
• Coach and train associates on front-end operations and customer service.
