• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and loyalty program participation.
• Oversees front-end Associates and assigns registers and breaks.
• Trains, coaches and mentors Associates on front end principles.
• Ensures tasks align with store plans and communicates priorities.
• Maintains safety, compliance with labor laws, and high service standards.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and supports shrink reduction goals.
• Partners with management on staff development and recognition.
