Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is hiring a Front-End Leader to promote an excellent customer experience, supervise Associates at the front of the store, and support loyalty programs. This role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and hands-on coaching.

You will train others, manage registers and POS coverage, and ensure compliance with labor laws while maintaining a clean, organized store. The position offers flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, with starting pay

Formación

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others and work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees front-of-store Associates.
• Leads by example, engaging with customers and promoting loyalty programs.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end operations and service delivery.
• Manages registers, POS coverage, and break scheduling; responds to customer concerns.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and store policies; maintains a clean, organized store.
