Job summary

Floor & Decor in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to manage a dynamic team of customer service associates. The role oversees cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory management, and e-commerce support to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience or extensive customer service background, solid computer skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to maintain accuracy across store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience
• High school diploma and/or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product related questions
• Research inventory-related discrepancies and make adjustments in the inventory tracking system
• Audit shipping and receiving documents for accuracy
• Monitor truck logs and inventory movement within the store
