Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor in Ohio to lead a team of customer service associates, oversee cashiering, returns, inventory management and e-commerce support, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists at the front end and inventory accuracy.
• Lead cashiering, credit and close-out SOPs.
• Manage inventory accuracy and cycles across the store.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee pricing and signage updates for SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
• Collaborate with management on SKU creation, pricing and returns.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and adjust records accordingly.
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Audit inventory and sales reports.
• Monitor truck logs and storage areas for security and accuracy.
• Open/close the store as needed.
