Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates and oversee cashiering, returns, and inventory management. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional shopping experience and maintaining store standards.

The ideal candidate will be a team builder with strong communication and organizational skills, ready to manage front-end operations and support ecommerce teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service/cashier supervisory role or 4 years customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists for front-end and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with customer service SOPs including cashiering, credit, and close-out.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy across the store.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions.
