Job summary

Floor & Decor seeks a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates in a retail environment. You will oversee cashiering, returns, cash office tasks, and inventory management while delivering an exceptional shopping experience to customers.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and excellent communication to train and guide staff, ensure SOP compliance, and optimize store operations across front-end activities and e-commerce support.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervising customer service/cashier teams or 4+ years in customer service
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of computer experience in a work environment

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and related staff for front-end and inventory accuracy
• Ensure compliance with all customer service SOPs (cashiering, credit, close-out)
• Lead inventory management and accuracy across the store
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines
• Update store signage and pricing for SKUs
• Assist customers with product selection and questions
• Coordinate with management on SKUs, price changes, and returns
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and adjust in system
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy
• Audit inventory control, returns and void reports
• Monitor truck logs and merchandise movement
• Open/close store as needed
