Job summary

Floor & Decor in Frederick, MD is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to oversee a dynamic team of customer service associates. This role manages cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory, and e-commerce support while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

This position requires 1+ year of supervisor experience in customer service or 4 years of customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and 2+ years of computer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisor experience in customer service or 4 years customer service experience
• High school diploma and/or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and related to front end and inventory accuracy
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to guidelines
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs
• Assist customers with product selection and questions
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the inventory tracking system
• Audit shipping/receiving documents for accuracy
• Audit reports on inventory control, returns, and voids
• Monitor truck logs and inbound/outbound activity
• Open or close the store as needed
