Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists at front end and inventory accuracy.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee pricing, signage, and SKU changes.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
• Supervise inventory movement and collaborate with management.
