Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor in Portland to lead a dynamic customer service team and oversee cashiering, returns, and inventory management. You will support ecommerce, ensure accurate pricing, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

The role requires supervisory or strong customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with store computer systems. Flexible hours and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisor experience in customer service, or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product related questions.
• Research all inventory-related discrepancies and make appropriate adjustments in the inventory tracking system.
• Return products to the correct in-store location after customer merchandise returns.
• Available to open and/or close store in an effective manner.
