Marshalls in Cabot, AR is seeking a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates, ensuring courteous service and loyalty-program promotion while keeping the store clean and organized.

You must be flexible to work nights and weekends, with strong merchandising sense, multitasking ability, and solid communication. You will train teammates, assign tasks, and uphold store policies and safety as you help achieve store goals.
