Job summary

Marshalls in Glendale, AZ, is hiring to lead front-of-store teams and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach Associates, coordinate POS coverage, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a safe, organized store environment.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork, with prior retail and leadership exposure. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience are preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others and work with a team to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads by example on front-end principles.
• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store, ensuring courteous service.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and supports POS coverage needs.
• Promotes loyalty programs and maintains store appearance and safety standards.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates with management on priorities.
