Marshalls in Destin, FL is seeking an enthusiastic leader to oversee front‑end operations and promote an exceptional customer experience. You will manage Associates, staff registers, and support loyalty programs while ensuring a clean, efficient store environment.

The role requires strong merchandising knowledge, adaptability, and the ability to train others. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected as part of retail operations.

Formación

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Able to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create a positive customer experience at front of store and promote loyalty programs.
• Lead and train Associates on front-end principles and POS coverage.
• Manage tasks and priorities to meet store goals and schedules.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety guidelines.
• Promote safety and loss prevention programs.
• Provide feedback and recognition to team members.
