Job summary

Floor & Decor in Lowell, AR is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team at the front end. You will manage cashiering, returns, cash office, inventory, and e-commerce support while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Successful candidates will be team builders with a focus on service excellence, detail orientation, and strong communication skills. This role requires supervisory experience and solid computer skills in a retail warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance of all customer service SOPs (cashiering, credit and close-out).
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product questions.
• Partner with management to determine which products need SKUs, price changes and returns.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the inventory system.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Audit reports including inventory control, return of sale, and void reports.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing truck logs.
• Audit the customer merchandise storage area weekly and resolve issues with CEM/Store Manager and Ops Manager.
• Create and maintain store signage/pricing using TOD mobile printing.
• Return products to correct in-store location after returns.
• Clean and stock products per Floor & Decor standards.
• Point of contact for e-commerce team regarding inventory availability in-store.
• Responsible for supervising inventory movement within the store.
• Open and/or close store as needed.
