Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are delivering strong customer service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staffing.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and service quality.
• Coordinate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery efforts.
• Perform general store maintenance and housekeeping.
