Job summary

Five Below in Uniontown is seeking a Manager on Duty to oversee store operations, guest service, and sales floor execution. You will lead daily opening/closing routines, supervise associates, and ensure displays, pricing, and promotions follow corporate guidelines.

The role emphasizes staffing, training, inventory control, and delivering a WOW customer experience while meeting market plans and maintaining store standards. Experience in retail management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock and ensures items are placed on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and highlights promotions following corporate guidelines.
• Oversees opening/closing procedures, secures cash, doors, and alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, supervising operations, staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service improvements.
• Executes the market plan with product placement and signage per corporate guidelines.
