Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all crew wow customers through personal contact.
• Train crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for fast placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising optimization and performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance tasks such as cleaning and stocking.
