Job summary

Five Below is hiring for an hourly leadership role in our store. You will oversee daily operations, train crew members, and ensure a high-energy, friendly customer experience.

This role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Evening and weekend shifts are required to support store needs.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• WOW customers through personal contact and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Train crew on customer service standards and BE ST experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep floor replenished.
• Act as Manager on Duty and manage store operations and staff as needed.
• Open or close store operations including cash handling and security checks.
• Support onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
